You reserve the right to decline work given to you from your boss.

If you think it tis unfair or a task too demanding, you can express your intention not to take over the project.

불공평하거나 요구하는게 너무 많은 일이라고 생각되면, 그 프로젝트를 맡지 않겠다는 의사를 표현할 수 있는 것이죠.
